Meridian Cap
This product is the unstructured 6-panel cap in brushed twill, listed at $34 USD. The posted spec is one size, strap back, brushed twill — that is the whole published fit. The unit price is the unmarked cap in one of the four dyes, not a custom front and not a case pack.
There is no fitted-size menu on this page because the shop does not publish one. The strap is the adjustment. Team lots at 12+ are posted at $29 USD per unit, wholesale at 48+ at $24 USD per unit.
02 — FABRIC / WEIGHT
Cloth and weight
The shell is brushed twill on an unstructured 6-panel block, not the cotton jersey and not the loopback fleece. There is no GSM printed on the garment card, so this page does not invent a fabric weight. What is published is the twill, the panel count, and the strap back.
The same four dyes used on the knits are used here. A panel that needs a mark is a quote conversation, not a second public SKU.

The four dyes
Bone, Ink, Lake, and Night. The garment card opens on Ink for this cap. Those four names are the palette; we do not keep a fifth brim color in a drawer for the website.
The posted retail number is unmarked. Team quotes at twelve or more include one embroidery location. Mixed dyes belong in the quote notes, not in a fake stock counter.

04 — FULFILLMENT / PICKUP
Walk-in pickup in Manistique
Caps are on the Oak Street floor with the rest of the six. Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–17:00. Pay at the register; there is no appointment for a standard retail cap.
Twelve or more is a team quote (one size, so mixed sizes are not the variable — mixed dyes are). Forty-eight or more is wholesale in case packs after payment. This page does not invent a consumer ship-by date for one cap.

05 — RETURNS / REPAIRS
If a seam fails
Thirty days, unworn, tags on, receipt or quote email in hand — refund to the original payment. Later, or without a receipt, store credit if the cap is still sellable. There is no size swap beyond the strap; dye swaps within thirty days follow floor stock.
Workmanship on the panels and strap is handled at the bench. That is not a pass for a bent brim from the truck seat. Embroidered fronts follow the custom-goods rule: no refund for a change of mind; we remake if we missed the approved proof.

06 — HOW TO ORDER
Getting a number
Online checkout is not live. Pay at the shop for a cap off the rack. For a crew or a wholesale box, send the quote form with Meridian Cap named so the bench can send a firm number within one business day.
A quote reply is not a charge. Confirmation is written scope plus a deposit. The intended later step is a Stripe-hosted page for that approved amount. Call or email if the form is in the way.
