02 — HOW A TEAM ORDER WORKS
Twelve shirts or two hundred.
One written price, up front.
Buying 11 or fewer? Skip this: pick a garment above and buy it online, or walk into the shop. For team and wholesale orders, every step below happens in writing, and you approve the full itemized price before you pay anything.
Tell us what you need
Pick the garment, color and quantity (12 minimum). Add the logo, the size breakdown and the date you need it by.
Get a written quote
A person in the shop replies within one business day with an itemized quote in USD: garments, decoration, shipping or pickup, and the ready date.
Approve it
Nothing is ordered until you approve the quote in writing. Questions about a line? Call the shop before you say yes.
Pay what the quote says
Team orders take a 50% deposit, with the balance at pickup or before shipping. Wholesale pays in full before shipping, or on net-30 once we've worked together.
We make it
We email you the day your order goes into production; until then, cancelling gets you a full refund. It's ready within 10 business days of confirmation, on the date your quote gives.
Pick it up, or we ship it
Collect it at the Manistique shop, or we ship it with tracking to a U.S. address, at the shipping cost on your quote.
